My Purpose

I started Impact Enablement because I’ve seen first-hand how complex and frustrating fund operations can be — for managers, registries, advisers, and investors alike. Clunky processes, service gaps, and misaligned vendors often leave managers firefighting instead of focusing on growth. I use real industry experience to uncover waste, refine processes and identify the best vendors to help you reduce your administrative burden. I consider myself successful when I see that people are focused on managing investor relationships and value adding activities, rather than stop gaps and work arounds.
My purpose is to take the lessons I’ve learned leading large-scale operations and bring that efficiency into smaller organisations. I’m here to help small and medium enterprises streamline their operations, sharpen their focus on growth and returns, and give their investors a smoother journey. My goal is to leave you with greater confidence, more efficient operations, and client experiences you can stand behind - because when managers, service providers, and investors are aligned, everyone benefits.

I help review and design governance frameworks that keep vendors accountable — including clear KPIs, SLAs, escalation paths, governance structures, and fee reviews. With experience on both the fund manager and provider side, I know where relationships typically break down and how to ensure you get the value you’re paying for.

Process & Operations Optimisation
Strong internal processes are the foundation of scalable growth. I work with fund managers to uncover bottlenecks, handoffs, and wasted effort across the business, then redesign operating models so people, processes, and systems are aligned. This includes helping you select the right vendors for your products and ensuring your operations can service a diverse investor base — from wholesale and institutional clients through to advisers and ‘mum & dad’ investors. With the right internal structures in place, your team can focus less on firefighting and more on delivering long-term results.

Investor Journey
Onboarding is the first experience your investors receive. It has to be perfect - yet it’s often where frustration begins. Clunky forms, missing information, and processing errors create delays that leave investors feeling frustrated and fund managers stuck in the middle. I help fund managers redesign their investor journey to reduce errors, streamline handoffs between investors, advisers, and registries, and create consistent processes that work both on paper and online. The result is fewer complaints, less wasted time, and a better experience for every investor.

Contracting & Interim Support
Sometimes fund managers don’t need another strategy deck — they need hands-on support. I offer short-term contracting services to provide leadership, project management, and vendor oversight when your team is stretched. This could mean stepping in for interim leadership, managing a critical migration, running governance forums with your vendors, or coaching leaders through change. With deep experience across funds management operations and outsourcing, I can quickly add capacity, smooth vendor relationships, and keep projects moving until you’re ready to bring them back in-house.

I've been working in the funds management industry for 10+ years, holding senior leadership positions both in client facing and operational roles. I take a human centric approach to discovery and delivery, making sure people are genuinely happy with new processes and technology. I'm well versed in industry trends, regulations and best practice so that I can hit the ground running. I'm not just a consultant that applies a research framework, I dive deep to understand customer and user emotions so that outcomes are result in a positive experience for all.

I started consulting because I genuinely want to help. I've met many people in my career that are burnt out and not focusing on what their role is supposed to. I've also dealt with investors who are frustrated with the onboarding process and find it difficult to invest their money, when it should be simple.
